In My Mailbox (1)

Hey guys!
In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi over at The Story Siren. Here's some pictures of the books I got over the past week.

Choker by Elizabeth Woods: Purchased for $5! (Review)
Eyes Like Stars by Lisa Mantchev: Purchased for $5! (Review)
Vesper by Jeff Sampson: Purchased for $5!
Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare: Purchased for $6!
Wintergirls by Laurie Halse Anderson: Purchased for $5!

I was lucky enough to have found all of these fantastic-looking books on the discount table at my near-by Chapters store. I always seem to be able to resist buying full-priced books, but when they're on sale.... I tend to go nuts.

Just like I did with these purchases....

This is what happens when Chapters has there annual B3G4 sale. Also known as, buy three get the fourth one free sale. However, I did manage to save $30 on this purchase! Yay me!
Ps; please ignore the make-up bag and deodorant... I forgot those were there before I took the picture, haha.

Born at Midnight by C. C. Hunter: Bought.
Awake at Dawn by C. C. Hunter: Bought
Taken at Dusk by C. C. Hunter: Bought
Nightshade by Andrea Cremer: Bought
Wolfsbane by Andrea Cremer: Bought
The Girl in the Steel Corset by Kady Cross: Bought
Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl: Bought
Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl: Bought

Let me know if there are any books there that you want me to read and review for you guys!
What did you get in your mailbox this week? :)

  1. Awesome haul!! The Buy 3, Get 4th Free sale at Chapters is always an awesome one. I was so surprised to see Clockwork Angel as a bargain book.... I'm glad you got such a great deal for it!

Also, this isn't really related, but you may want to consider Stacking the Shelves instead of IMM. It's the same concept, except hosted by a Canadian blogger, so you're more likely to meet more Canadian bloggers participating in it. I recently made the switch too... Just a suggestion I'd thought I would mention, but you can totally just ignore my words if you'd like, lol. :)

    1. I was super excited about the deal too! It's what made me go crazy and buy those other four books... lol. Me and sales are never a good mix. I always end up spending more money than I would have if they weren't on sale... Cause then I just wouldn't have bought them. :P

But yeah! I checked it out and I'm definitely going to start the next time I get books... Which hopefully won't be for a while considering how LARGE this haul was. Do you know if there's a linky or something for this one? Cause I can't seem to find it... lol.

      Thanks Liz! :)

    2. Yep, there's definitely a linky for this one to link your post up! Tynga usually posts her Stacking the Shelves post on a Saturday, so be on the lookout for it then.
